20 sec of Burpees-Rest 10 Sec-20 sec of Wall Ball-10 sec rest-20 sec burpees- and so on. 8 rounds of each.

  1. Well seeing as how my ankle is still kinda jacked, i had to make up another "gimp WOD". So I did for time:
    100 Press (45lb bar)
    150 pushups
    200 situps

    Finished in 18:17. Doing pushups after press sucks!
