made up the 15K from yesterday: 1:29::42 actually 14.2K according to mapmyrun.com. 3 rests for a total of 14 minutes of walking. Glad we don't do that everyday!
Hosea and Ian: I wanted to thank you again for opening your gym up to me while I was vacationing in the area. You guys gave tremendous guidance and support throughout the week. I'm not sure if your members fully appreciate all they get at Lowcountry Xfit- you guys are some of the best trainers I've ever worked with. I wish you continued success. All the Best, Adam
