That was no joke! first 21 deadlifts at 225, then 185 for the remaining ones. handstand pushups were vertical, although the range of motion was very limited. and slow (around 10 min?)
Go to carolinacrossfit.org and scroll down to the video of the guy doing the one arm snatch. And I was feeling good about my 225 deadlift...
Sitting here waiting to get on the sub... and all I want to do is try this WOD, oh bother.
