"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

  2. I got 15 rounds with Cindy. My last 16th round with pullups- I got 4 and couldn't do the fifth one with a minute+. I did unweighted squats and my pullups started to look horrible at the end but only counted if I got my chin to the bar. I couldn't imagine how hard Mary would be.
