    I definitely was regretting doing 150, hehe. Funny, my SHOULDERS were sore today. I really concentrated on squatting, then kicking out, then doing a whole pushup and something about how the shoulders stabilize the jump from the squat to the plank made my shoulders sore. Gotta love it!
