Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat

Post reps for all three exercises in all rounds.

  2. Hmm, couldn't edit my original post, and when I said to "delete" it, it just repaced it with a comment saying it was deleted instead of REALLY getting rid of it. Interesting.

    Anyway. This one looks like fun!

    I'm hoping I can do this when I'm in thursday. Put that new bench you guys have to good use.

    Today it's time for some "active recovery" on my punching bag.
