    Run 400m
    9 Back squat @ 185
    9 Ring Push ups

    For Time:

    18:32 first seven back squats at 225lbs.

  2. I was stuck at the base this day and did.

    As many rds as possible in 20 min of:
    5 handstand push-ups
    10 one legged squats
    15 pull-ups

    10 rounds with about 4 seconds to spare.
