  1. Deadlifts! Yeah! Hamstring sore from this workout. I never expect that even though it's happened a few times now . . .

    Loads: 225-235-245-265-275

    Had to switch from double overhand to mixed grip for the last set but completed all sets and was basically maxed by last set so it worked out well.
