    Scaled too much, many comments on HQ are in 20-30 min. Definitely a strenght/muscle/grip workout.
    Get some, go again.

  3. 12:53 63#, I could have gone heavier. But grip was definitely a factor, it gave out faster than my muscles did. I agree with Chris M. Yum yum get you some. Drink the Kool-aid
